About the work

A richly layered composition centres on a golden domed mihrab topped with a crescent moon, surrounded by dense Arabic calligraphy in warm gold, teal, and deep brown tones. The painting radiates a devotional warmth, its ornate borders filled with flowing script that frames the sacred architectural motif.
