Whether you're considering a piece, wondering whether your gallery should be on the platform, asking about an event, or pitching us a story — there's a real person on the other end, and they're usually quick.

During business days (Sunday through Thursday, Amman time) sale-related messages get a response within six hours. Everything else, within twenty-four. We don't auto-respond and disappear. If you write to us, we will write back.
