• Authenticity Guarantee: We guarantee that every artwork sold dirctly by Artsamy is authentic. In the rare event that an artwork turns out to be inauthentic (not as described by the seller), report the issue within 180 days of delivery. Artsamy will work with you to obtain a refund or replacement, as appropriate. Under Jordanian law, buyers have the right to return and obtain refunds for faulty or misrepresented good, and we honor this by facilitating remedies for legitimate authenticity concerns.
• Condition and Delivery Guarantee: If an artwork purchased through Artsamy arrives damaged, is materially not as described, or is lost in transit, we will coordinate with you to find the best resolution. This may include replacement or a full refund where applicable. Note that in rare cases of damage, you should notify us within a reasonable time after delivery so we can process any insurance or refund claims.
• Secure Payment Guarantee: All transactions on Artsamy are secure. We use trusted, industry-leading technology for payment processing. Whether you pay by credit card through our secure checkout or arrange an offline payment, your financial information is handled with the utmost care. • Shipping Guarantee: Artsamy handles all shipping logistics to ensure safe and prompt delivery. We provide tracking information and insurance for shipped items. In the context of Jordan and the Middle East, please be aware of local import regulations: for example, shipments under 200 JOD incur a customs fee (10% of value, minimum 5 JOD). Artsamy will advise you on these requirements, but customs duties and required documents (such as national or residency numbers) are the buyer’s responsibility.
