Artsamy for Galleries

Reach the region's collectors. Keep your relationships. Stay in control of your pricing.

A digital home for the work you represent.

Artsamy is the regional fine-art platform for the Middle East and North Africa. We list, market, and personally coordinate the sale of works from partner galleries to collectors across the region and beyond — while leaving the gallery–artist relationship, the gallery's pricing discretion, and the gallery's buyer of record visible and intact.

Reach the region. Without losing your city.

Most galleries we speak to have a strong city — Amman, Beirut, Sharjah, Riyadh, Cairo — and a thin reach beyond it. A collector in Dubai may have never walked into a gallery in Amman. A collector in Casablanca may not know what's hanging in Beirut this month. Your Instagram does not reach them. The international platforms do not represent your artists well, if at all.

Artsamy was built specifically to close that gap. The platform's launch audience is the founder's regional collector network, built across two decades, alongside the audience of the Hindiyeh Museum. From there it grows through our editorial publication, the events calendar, the gallery directory, and the artist profiles cross-linked across all of them. Your works appear in front of people who would never otherwise see them. Your show announcements travel further. Your artists become regional, not just local.

A sale moves through a conversation. Not a checkout.

On Artsamy, every artwork page offers one of three buyer actions — Purchase, Make an Offer, or Inquire. No shopping cart. No automated payment. No algorithm deciding what something costs.

When a buyer acts on one of your pieces, the submission lands with our sales team within minutes. We respond to the buyer within six hours during business days. For Purchase requests we send shipping options, payment instructions, and a confirmed total. For Offers we forward the offer to you with a recommendation — you have forty-eight hours to accept, counter, or decline. For Inquiries we respond with price and context.

You see the full buyer details on every submission concerning your pieces. You decide pricing flexibility. We handle the conversation, the shipping, the payment, the customer service. The piece ships from your gallery via our logistics partner. You receive seventy-five percent of every sale, paid Net 14 from buyer payment.

Full buyer visibility. Locked in writing.

We don't believe in hiding the buyer from the gallery. Platforms that do are protecting themselves at the gallery's expense, and the practice has produced a generation of galleries who feel — correctly — that they are losing the relationships that are the whole point of being in the business.

So we give you everything. Buyer name, contact details, shipping address, sale terms. On every sale concerning your pieces.

To make that commercially possible, the Artsamy Consignment Agreement contains a thirty-six-month buyer-of-record clause. Any buyer first introduced to one of your artists through Artsamy owes us our standard commission on any further sale of that artist's work to that buyer, within that window, regardless of where the transaction takes place. The obligation is on the gallery, not the buyer. Your other artists, and any sales outside the window, are entirely free of obligation.

The clause is non-negotiable on signature; the commission rate within it is. We're transparent about it because galleries who understand it almost always prefer it to anonymous marketplaces. It lets us give you the relationship in exchange for a defined, finite commission window.

Three ways to display a price.

A piece on Artsamy is displayed in one of three pricing modes, chosen per piece in conversation with you.

Range. Default for new listings. The buyer sees an estimated range — for example, "Estimated JOD 2,000 – 3,500." Buttons: Purchase and Make an Offer. Ranges break the public-price anchor, let collectors self-qualify, and give us room to negotiate without a public price drop.

Single estimate. A single number with the prefix "Estimated." Same two buttons.

Price on request. No number on the page. One button: Inquire. Default for pieces above USD 25,000.

You can change a piece's mode at any time. Galleries who try Range mode rarely move back from it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Galleries ask us

How to join.

If you'd like to start a conversation, the form below is the fastest way. Tell us about your gallery — your city, the artists you represent, the kind of works you'd consider listing first. Our partnerships team responds within one business day and we move quickly into a call from there.

We're selective. We onboard galleries one at a time, we read the room, and we say no when we should. If you're a fit, you'll know within two conversations. If you're not, we'll tell you straight.
