Nadīn Khatīb, born on February 28, 1988, in Nazareth, is a Palestinian singer renowned for her emotive voice and dedication to classical Arabic music. She began her musical journey at the age of six, performing on the television program "نجوم الغد" ("Stars of Tomorrow"), where she sang "بنتي عندها لعبة" ("My Daughter Has a Toy") by Majida El Roumi. Khatīb pursued formal education in music, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Eastern Music and Singing from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. Following her studies, she taught music to young children in kindergartens and elementary schools.

In 2017, Khatīb gained widespread recognition as a contestant on the fourth season of "Arab Idol." Her performances, particularly her rendition of "حبيتك يا حبيبي" ("I Loved You, My Love") by Najat Al Saghira, captivated both the audience and the judges. Judge Ahlam praised her voice as exceptionally beautiful and rare, drawing comparisons to the legendary Najat Al Saghira. Although she did not win the competition, Khatīb's participation significantly elevated her profile in the Arab music scene.

Beyond "Arab Idol," Khatīb has performed at various international festivals, including a notable appearance at the Lous International Folklore Festival in Algeria in 2015. She has also released original music, such as her song "فكرك" ("Fikrak"), which she wrote and composed. The accompanying music video, directed by fellow Nazareth artist Karem Matar, showcases her commitment to addressing social issues through her art. Khatīb continues to honor her Palestinian heritage by promoting traditional music and culture, aiming to share her nation's rich artistic legacy with the world.
