About the work

Layers of torn paper, weathered cardboard, and fragments of Arabic text are assembled across a divided canvas, the warm rust of raw burlap contrasting with aged white newsprint and bold red circular forms. The composition carries a raw, urban energy, evoking the peeling walls and layered visual culture of Egyptian city streets.
