Eyad al-Musawi, born in Baghdad in 1955, is an Iraqi artist renowned for his deep engagement with Islamic art and architecture. His work intricately weaves elements of Islamic architectural motifs with contemporary artistic expressions, reflecting a profound connection to his cultural heritage. Al-Musawi's artistic journey has been marked by extensive studies and explorations across various countries, including Kuwait, Morocco, and the United Arab Emirates. In 1979, he participated in the Asilah Cultural and Artistic Festival in Morocco, showcasing his commitment to the international art scene.
