Amnah Al Nasiri (أمنه النصيري), born in 1970 in Yemen, is a prominent contemporary artist recognized for her contributions to the development of modern art in Yemen. Working primarily in painting and printmaking, Al Nasiri’s practice is characterized by a synthesis of traditional Yemeni motifs and modernist abstraction, often exploring themes of identity, heritage, and the female experience. Her distinctive visual language combines vibrant color palettes with intricate patterns, reflecting both her cultural roots and her engagement with global artistic movements.

Al Nasiri has exhibited her work in several notable institutional settings, including the National Museum of Yemen and the French Cultural Center in Sana’a.
