Iraq

Ali Kadhim is an Iraqi filmmaker and editor known for his contributions to social and political television programs across various Iraqi and Arab satellite channels. In 2023, he worked as an editor for the program "Clasico." ([elcinema.com](https://elcinema.com/person/2282101/?utm_source=openai))

Before directing his first short film, "The Circle," Kadhim worked as a videographer for music videos and served as a cultural coordinator in several art institutions during his time in Belgium. He holds a bachelor's degree in narrative filmmaking from the University of Brussels and a master's degree from the Royal Institute in Brussels. Currently, he is preparing a feature film project following his return to Baghdad.
