Ahmad Abd El-Wahab (أحمد عبد الوهاب, sometimes transliterated as Ahmed Abdel Wahab) was a prominent Egyptian sculptor born in 1932 and active until his passing in 2021. Renowned for his innovative approach to modern sculpture, Abd El-Wahab worked primarily in bronze and stone, blending traditional Egyptian motifs with contemporary abstraction. His work is characterized by a deep engagement with form and space, often reflecting themes from Egypt’s rich cultural heritage while pushing the boundaries of material and technique.

Throughout his career, Abd El-Wahab exhibited extensively in Egypt and internationally. He was notably featured at the Cairo International Biennale and held solo exhibitions at major institutions such as the Gezira Art Center and the Museum of Modern Egyptian Art in Cairo.
