Saudi Arabia, b. 1981

Ahlam Saud Al-Mashhadi is a Saudi Arabian artist born in California, USA. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from King Saud University in Riyadh in 2004 and has worked as a physical therapist at King Fahd University Hospital in Al-Khobar. Al-Mashhadi is a member of several art associations, including the Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and Arts (Jeddah branch), the House of Artists in Jeddah, and the Qatif Fine Arts Group.

Al-Mashhadi's artistic journey began with her first solo exhibition, "Reality and Unreality," held in Riyadh in 2005. She continued to showcase her work in solo exhibitions such as "A Love Story" at Atelier Jeddah in 2014. Her participation in group exhibitions includes the first Caravans Art Exhibition in Al-Ula (2015), the Thousand Paintings Festival in Jeddah (2015), and the "Communication" Arab Art Exhibition at the House of Artists in Jeddah (2012). Internationally, she has exhibited at the Arab Fine Art Festival in Dubai (2015), the Sharm El-Sheikh International Arts Festival (2013), and the "Other" exhibition in collaboration with the Mare Nostrum Association in Paris (2015). Al-Mashhadi has received numerous awards and certificates of appreciation for her contributions to the art scene.
