Abdulhadi Shala (عبد الهادي شلا), born in 1948 in Gaza, Palestine, is a prominent contemporary Palestinian artist recognized for his evocative paintings and graphic works. Shala’s artistic practice spans painting, printmaking, and illustration, often reflecting themes of Palestinian identity, heritage, and the complexities of exile. His style is characterized by expressive brushwork and a vibrant color palette, frequently incorporating symbolic motifs drawn from Palestinian culture and daily life.

Shala has exhibited widely in the Middle East and internationally, with notable institutional exhibitions at venues such as the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts and the Sharjah Art Museum.
