Moustafa's artistic journey is marked by a series of thematic exhibitions that delve into imaginative realms. His 2018 exhibition, "The Road," showcased dreamlike landscapes devoid of human presence, emphasizing serene roads and vibrant sunsets. In 2021, "Alexandria and Valentine's Day" presented romanticized cityscapes, capturing intimate moments within the urban environment. His 2023 exhibition, "Sea of Silver," transported viewers to a fantastical seaside world, featuring wooden dolls in traditional Egyptian attire amidst floral and aquatic settings. These exhibitions were prominently held at the Zamalek Art Gallery in Cairo.
