Morad Harbaoui

Mourad Harbaoui, born in Tunisia in 1970, is a distinguished visual artist known for his dynamic and expressive works. His art often captures the human form in various states of emotion, reflecting the complexities of daily life. Harbaoui's style is characterized by a vibrant use of color and a gestural approach that conveys movement and depth.
Over the past two decades, Harbaoui has showcased his art in numerous solo and group exhibitions both in Tunisia and internationally, including in France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Algeria, Syria, Jordan, and Yemen. Notably, in 2002, he was awarded the First Prize at the Annual Plastic Arts Demonstration in Sfax, and in 2003, he received the Jury Prize at the First International Exhibition of Techniques on Paper in Paris. His works are part of the collections of the Tunisian Ministry of Culture and various private collectors.
In 2019, Harbaoui inaugurated the "Harbaoui Art Gallery" in El Menzah, Tunisia, providing a dedicated space to exhibit his large-format works. His commitment to the arts has been recognized through honors such as the 2023 tribute by the cultural community in Siliana, his hometown, during the regional salon for visual arts clubs. Harbaoui continues to contribute significantly to the Tunisian and international art scenes, with his works being featured in various exhibitions and collections.
