Mohamed Mandour, born in 1950 in Al-Fustat, Old Cairo, is a distinguished Egyptian potter renowned for his contributions to modern ceramics in the Middle East. Growing up in a neighborhood celebrated for its traditional pottery, Mandour began his artistic journey in the local kilns, mastering the craft from a young age.
