Iman Ali Khaled, born in 1962 in Baghdad, Iraq, is a Kurdish painter renowned for her dynamic and textured artworks that blend traditional Arabesque elements with contemporary Western art movements. Educated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Baghdad from 1979 to 1984, she was influenced by the radical modernism of Jewaad Seleem.
