Avni Behluli, born in 1960 in Breznicë, Bujanoc, is a Kosovar artist renowned for his work in sculpture, drawing, and graphic arts. He completed his studies in sculpture at the Academy of Arts in Pristina in 1986 under the mentorship of Professor Agim Çavdarbasha. Behluli's artistic style is characterized by a blend of surrealism and expressionism, often exploring themes centered around the human figure in motion, as well as allegorical representations of animals and other motifs. His preferred mediums include wood, stone, and metal, through which he conveys his conceptual visions.

Throughout his career, Behluli has held numerous solo exhibitions, notably his 23rd personal exhibition titled "Simfonia e Artit" ("Symphony of Art") in 2018 at the Gallery of the Ministry of Culture in Pristina. This exhibition featured a series of drawings and graphics that showcased his unique artistic expression. In 2014, he participated in the "ART in Cairo" international artists' residency in Egypt, representing Kosovo alongside artists from Asia, Africa, and Europe. His works have also been exhibited in various international venues, including Vienna and Slovakia.

In addition to his artistic endeavors, Behluli has contributed significantly to art education. He was instrumental in the establishment of the High School of Visual Arts "Adem Kastrati" in Gjilan, Kosovo, where he has served as a professor. His dedication to nurturing young talent underscores his commitment to the development of the arts in the region.
