He completed his diploma in graphic design from the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad in 1979. In 1980, Aboud co-founded the \"Group of Four,\" a collective that significantly influenced the Iraqi art scene. He served as a professor at the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad from 1980 to 1995, mentoring a generation of artists.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAboud's work has been showcased in numerous international exhibitions, including the Contemporary Iraqi Art exhibition in Germany (1985), the First Baghdad International Exhibition and the Graphic Biennale in Norway (1986), and the Graphic Biennale in Italy (1990). He held solo exhibitions at Al-Riwaq Gallery in Baghdad (1980), in Amman, Jordan (1994), and at Kufa Gallery in London (2003). His works often reflect themes from Mesopotamian heritage, blending traditional motifs with contemporary techniques.
